How do I enable in-app and email notifications for Services?

1. From the left navigation bar, click the "Gear" icon (Settings).

2. In Settings, select Notifications.

3. Use the toggle to select how you would like to be notified.

• In-app - when someone assigns you a record
• Email - when someone updates your service, a service is due or a service reply is received

4. Once In-app notifications have been enabled a RED dot above the alert icon in the left navigation visually lets you know that you have a new notification.

5. Click the Alert icon to see notification(s), then click on the notification to view message.
