1. From the left navigation bar, click the "Gear" icon (Settings).
2. In Settings, select Notifications.
3. Use the toggle to select how you would like to be notified.
- In-app - when someone assigns you a record
- Email - when someone updates your service, a service is due or a service reply is received
4. Once In-app notifications have been enabled a RED dot above the alert icon in the left navigation visually lets you know that you have a new notification.
5. Click the Alert icon to see notification(s), then click on the notification to view message.
