How do I use filters (search) in the Services?

Filters allow you to easily locate Service requests. You can search Services via Keyword, Assignee, Due Date and Tags. 

1. Search: In the Search field, you can search by keyword, contact name and case number. 
2. Assigned to: Filters service requests by assigned user. 
3. Due date: Filters service requests by due date or a specific date range. 
4. Tags: You can search for a specific tag or select from the tags listed. To expand the tag list, select the drop down button above the tag search field.
