Horizontal and vertical pivots are used in the Services view. Pivots allow users to display only specific information.
For example, to see only your open cases you would set your pivot to Assigned to me. Select the case you wish to work and set the case pivot to Conversations to see draft and sent communications (emails and letters).
Available pivots from Services:
- Open - displays all active (open) service requests.
- Assigned to me - displays all active (open) service requests assigned to your user account.
- Cases - displays all active (open) cases for all user accounts.
- Flags - displays all active (open) flag requests for all user accounts.
- Tours - displays all active (open) tour requests for all user accounts.
- Resolved - displays all resolved (closed) service requests; includes resolved cases, flags, tours, and cases.
Available pivots from a Case:
- All activity -displays all case content including messages (emails & letters), notes (journals), and attachments
- Conversations - displays only messages (emails & letters)
- Notes - displays only notes (journal entries)
