How do I preview an outgoing communication (Letter/Email) in a Service Request?

1. Click on the Services icon from the left navigation menu.       
       
2. Place a check in the checkbox of the case where you wish to compose/edit letter and then click Case Details icon.
3. Case Details opens, locate the communication you wish to preview and click the Preview (carrot) icon. 
   
4. The message will expand to display the communication.  Click the Preview icon again to collapse the message.
