- Open the Services icon from the left navigation menu.
- Place a check in the checkbox of the case where you wish to compose/edit letter and then click Case Details icon.
- From the Contact Information Panel, click on the contact's name or add information by clicking the plus signs.
- The People record for the contact opens, click the Edit (pencil) icon.
- From Edit Person, edit necessary information and click Save.
- Click the three dots next to the Service request and click View Details.
