How do I add a comment (journal) to a service request?

1. Click on the Services icon (suitcase) from the left navigation menu. 
             
2. Place a check in the checkbox of the case where you wish to compose/edit letter and then click Case Details icon.
3. Click in the Add a Comment field and enter your notes.
   
4. Click the Save button when done.
