- From the left navigation, click People.
- In the Search field, enter the name of the person. Note: Matches will start listing as you enter name.
- Hover over the people tile you wish to edit and click on Contact Details.
- To apply an existing people tag click the Tag icon.
- To search for an existing tag, start entering tag name--matches will list.
- To create new tag, enter tag new tag name and click Add icon.
NOTE: The CRM contains some base people tags that will display a visual icon in the person's contact record. Codes include the below:
- Dangerous - identifies people who may pose a danger to the office.
- Deceased - identifies people who are deceased and prevents mail from being sent to the person.
- Frequent Writer - identifies people who frequently writes to the office.
- Non Constituent - identifies people whose primary address fall outside state or legislative district.
- Restricted - identifies people whose record the office has restricted. Prevents any mail from being sent to the person.
- VIP - identifies very important people that have been identified by the office.
