- From the left navigation panel, click the Create New.
- Select Template.
- The Draft Template window opens, Click on Untitled template and enter a "name" for your new template.
- Next click Add a description for this template and enter a "description" for your new template. Note: Description is searchable, so make sure to include important key words.
- From the right Import template panel, search and select Custom (Custom Template) to insert as your base.
- Template content loads in the editor.
- Place your cursor one blank line below "Dear [First]" merge field (one black line above the closing "As Always") and draft your response.
- Click SAVE AND PREVIEW button.
- Preview draft template and toggle between the Email and Print previews.
- Click MARK AS FINAL. Your new letter can now be used by all users.
- To make additional edits click MARK AS DRAFTS and then select Templates from the left navigation panel.
- Templates open, locate template using Search and select to open editor.
