How do I opt-in and opt-out email address and mobile numbers?

1. From Details pane, click the the three ellipses to the right of the email address or address.
2. From the email drop-down list, select Opt in for subscription or Opt out for subscription.
3. From the phone  drop-down list, select Opt in for SMS or Opt out for SMS.
