To access the Services select Service Requests (suitcase icon) on the left main navigation menu.
- Filters: Cases can be filtered by assignee, due date (can include a date range) and tags. To view the filters click on the filter icon (upside down triangle) in the search bar.
- Service view: Users can change their services section to the following views
- Assigned to me: all service requests assigned to the user.
- Cases: all cases assigned to the user
- Flags: displays all flag requests.
- Tours: displays all tour requests.
- Open: all open service requests
- Resolved: all resolved service requests.
- Case Tile: Each case tile contains the case number, constituent name, subject, tag (if used) and the most recent activity. If there is a due date associated with the case, it will be displayed.
- Opening the case: Hover on the right side of the case and select the Case Details arrow.
