The focus of this release was to launch a new and improved search experience! Please note Search must be enabled by our support staff and may take up to one day for the database to reindex. Once completed, users will see an immediate change in search speeds and accuracy,
Search now allows for full searching of the entire conversation including:
- subject lines
- inbound or outbound manually created or imported/received
- any recipient's, sender's name or commentor
- any contact method actively used in the convo (email, phone, address)
- Conversation description
- All comments
- Tags (conversation or person)
A new Conversation ID is now displayed below the person's name in the Conversation Details panel. If you use additional Inboxes for service requests, grants, etc. This number may be useful for tracking purposes. For example, you might refer to the number when corresponding with a third party.
You will also see two new icons to the right of the ID number. The first is for copying the ID number and the other is for copying the conversations URL.
