In this release we've added the ability to change the primary contact on a conversation.
Change Primary Contact
Frustrated by advocacy emails coming from the group and not the contact who signed up to send the message? We've now added the ability to address this problem by changing the primary contact on a conversation. Simply select the new Primary option in the action bar.
Then select a new contact (if the person does not exist remember to create the person before selecting the Primary action).
The conversation is updated with the new contact! Now when selecting Reply, for a bulk action, or Compose, for an individual action you will respond to the new updated contact. Using Reply for individual conversations will still respond to the original email so make sure to use Compose in that situation.

Note: The original email is always maintained and can be viewed in full from the conversation feed. However changing the primary contact will "move" the conversation to the new contacts history and allow easy replies to the correct contact.
