In this release we are fixed several bugs, as well as added the below new features!
Compose and send an SMS message from any conversation
When composing a converversation message a Compose action will display a menu that will determine what type of message is composed and sent--Email or SMS. Note: The SMS feature is only available to offices that have an Inbound 10DLC approved SMS number. NOTE: To use this feature it must be configured by support, for assistance.please reach out to support@ascendantapp.com.
Edit/update conversation title
A Conversation's Title can now be edited from the Conversation Details right panel by clicking Edit Description (Pencil) icon. The Conversation Title and Description are now both searchable.
Set Inbox Due Date
Due dates can be set and/or edited from the Conversation Details panel (due dates previously only were used in Services). Using due dates will help you stay on top of your work and follow-up on important conversations.
- If not already open, click the Details icon.
- From the Conversation details panel scroll down to Conversation Info.
- Hover your mouse to the right of About. An Edit (pencil) will appear.
- Click Edit to open the Edit conversation info dialog.
- Manually enter or use the calendar picker to set the Due date.
NOTE: Conversations with due dates display as a yellow date with a calendar icon. Dates appear to the right of the conversation in the inbox. Conversation without due dates appear as normal--just a plain black date.
Filter Inbox by Due Date
To easily find due Inbox conversations set your display filter to "Sort by: Due Date". All conversation with due dates will appear at the top of the inbox and will display with a .yellow date with a calendar icon.
- From Search bar click the Filters icon.
- The Filters right side panel opens.
- Select Sort By: Due Date from the drop-down menu.
- Conversations with due dates will display at the top of the Inbox.
