Dealing with large volumes of conversations? The new batches feature is for you!
When selecting over 500 conversations to either tag or mark done, the new batches feature will provide increased efficiency and tracking.
View all current and historical batches.
Note: Actions taken under the threshold of 500 conversations will continue to be applied immediately without a batch.
SMS Campaign Filtering
For easier management, all outgoing SMS campaign messages without engagement will be hidden by default. Now you ONLY see the conversations with actionable information.
To see all conversations just click the filter.
Note: Filter only visible in inboxes where SMS campaigns have been enabled.
SMS Campaign Auto-response Improvements
The auto-response window is now automatically expanded, and it will automatically enable once you start typing
