We are currently experiencing an outage affecting outgoing email delivery, which began this morning. This issue originates with our email infrastructure provider, AWS, and is not related to the Ascendant platform itself. All outgoing emails sent during this period are being queued and will be delivered automatically once the issue is resolved. Our team is actively working with AWS to resolve this as quickly as possible. We will update this notice as soon as service is restored. We apologize for the disruption.
SMS (text) communication is fully operational and unaffected.
