Reply To Address
Outgoing email can now be configured to include a different Reply To address. Previously the Reply To address could not be changed. Please reach out to support@ascendantapp.com if you are interested in setting up this feature.
Inbound/Outbound SMS Texts from Custom Inboxes
Did you know that you have the ability to receive and respond to SMS Texts from the CRM? Previously only the Team Inbox could be configured with an optional Inbound SMS number. With this release any custom Inbox can now be configured with it's own unique SMS phone number. Please reach out to support@ascendantapp.com if you are interested in setting up this feature.
SMS Auto Replies
If Inbox is not configured for SMS Texting we will no longer attempt to send an auto-reply.
