In this release we have added several highly requested features.
You can now create and edit organizations!
To add click the blue add icon, select Organizations from the drop-down, and populate the organizations information.
To edit an organization you must do so from People, select Organizations, and search for organization. Click on the organization name in the search results to open organization details.
Click the pencil icon above the organizations name to edit details. Editable organization information includes Name, Department, and Website. Editable Default Contact Information includes Prefix, First Name, Last Name, Suffix, Salutation, and Job Title. Use the right details panel to add, edit and delete organizational details such as email, phone and address.
Multi Select Inbox and People Tags on Contact Forms
Previously contact forms could only submit a single Inbox tag into the CRM. Now contact forms can be setup to submit multiple Inbox and People tags into the CRM so you can better communicate with constituents about topics they are interested in. Note People tags are used for building texting outreach lists. NOTE: Please contact support to request the updated webform code.
Standardization of Properties between all Inboxes
Custom/additional Inboxes now contain the same properties.
New Inbox Conversations
New conversations can now be created in any additional Inbox.
The name of the Team Inbox can now be changed. NOTE: Please contact support to request a name change.
The new search feature is now enabled for everyone! (Some users already had this enabled) Users should notice improved speed and accuracy. Search allows for full searching of the entire conversation including:
- FULL email and conversation body, including all follow-up emails!
- subject lines
- inbound or outbound manually created or imported/received
- any recipient's, sender's name or commentor
- any contact method actively used in the convo (email, phone, address)
- Conversation description
- All comments
- Tags (conversation or person)
