Email Forwarding Integration
It's finally here! You can now forward emails from other email apps such as Outlook, Gmail, etc. into the CRM as attachments. It is very important to note that the email MUST be forwarded into the CRM as an attachment. Select one or more emails and use your email apps "Forward as attachment" feature. The maximum attachment size is 25 MB and maximum attachments per email is 20.

Default Phone Number
In the United States, smartphones have become a common companion for most people, and landline phones are losing their relevance. In 2004, more than 90% of US adults had an operational landline phone, but now it's less than 30%. Mobile phones will now be the default phone number in the CRM when adding new People to your database. Don't worry, you can still enter other type of phone numbers from the People Details panel.
Visual Enhancements
Although small and it may go unnoticed, you may notice icons and words in certain parts of the CRM such as the navigation or people details panels look like they have more spacing which in turn should make it easier on your eyes.
