New Feature: Inbox Overview Report

We're excited to announce a brand new report that provides a comprehensive overview of one or multiple inboxes. To access, simply click on the "Reporting" option in the navigation bar and select "Inbox Overview."

Here is an example of what you might see in the report. Detailed explanations of each column are provided below the image.

Column Descriptions

1. Inbox Name - Displays the name of each of your inboxes. (Did you know you can customize inbox names? Contact [e-mail] to make changes!)
2. New Conversations - Shows the total number of conversations created within the selected date range that are in each inbox. (The date range is inclusive of both start and end dates)
3. Marked as Done - Indicates the total number of conversations that were marked as done within the selected date range that are in each inbox. (The date range is inclusive of both start and end dates)
4. Messages Sent - Represents the total number of outbound messages (print, SMS, or email) sent within the selected date range on conversations in each inbox. (Note: Individual conversations may have multiple outbound messages, and the date range is inclusive of both start and end dates)
5. Open Conversations - Shows the total number of conversations that were open within the selected date range that are in each inbox. This excludes conversations marked as done within the date range but includes conversations created before the selected date range. (The date range is inclusive of both start and end dates)
