You can easily assign multiple conversations to a user.

- From the Team Inbox select multiple conversation by holding your SHIFT key and clicking on each conversations that you want to assign to a user.
- From the action menu, click the Assign icon.
- Click in the Search for Staff field or select a user from the Assign drop-down list. User will automatically be assigned to the selected conversations. Conversations will move from the Team Inbox to the users Me Inbox.
