You can easily respond to multiple conversations at once.

- From the Me or Team Inbox select multiple conversation by holding your SHIFT key and clicking on each conversations that you want to send a reply.
- From the New Message action menu, click the Reply icon.
- When drafting replies you can either use 1) a pre formatted base template that DOES NOT contain any language, but does contain a header image, merge fields that inserts date/contact's name/address/salutation, and footer (signature with digital image, office address, social sharing icons, etc) or 2) a pre formatted template that DOES contain approved finalized language in addition to header image, merge fields that inserts date/contact's name/address/salutation, and footer (signature with digital image, office address, social sharing icons, etc.).
- For option 1 above - draft one time letter template from scratch. After clicking Reply icon a pre formatted template opens, place your cursor between the "Dear {{First}}" and "Sincerely" and begin drafting your response. After typing or copying/pasting response ensure spacing and formatting are correct. Note: Basic formatting options are available. Note: Do not edit merge fields, as they will auto populate when sent.
- For option 2 above - insert pre written finalized template.. After clicking the Reply icon click the Import Template icon to open a searchable list of approved templates. a pre formatted template opens. One time language changes including formatting are allowed (changes will not be applied to future replies that use template. To apply permeant template changes see this Help Center article - How do I permanently edit a template's languages? Note: Do not edit merge fields, as they will auto populate when sent.
- Before sending, click the Preview icon to review the draft language
- It is important to note that replies remain as draft until sent. Drafts can be found in your Me...Drafts. Drafts can be deleted using the Delete icon located on the New Message action bar.
- Click Send & Done to print or email the reply to the selected conversations. Once sent the conversations will drop from the Inbox and move to Me....Sent.
- The Send replies dialog opens and allows you to review how replies will be sent. If Email is chosen, it will send immediately and move to Sent and Done. If Print is chosen, the messages will be downloaded as a PDF for printing.
- Click Send & Done after reviewing.
- Successful replies will show as a numerical value in Email and Print. Click Done.
- Replies that fail to Send/Print will show as a numerical value in Failed. Click View Details to see additional information on why a replies may fail. Learn more about Failed replies HERE.
